We offer weekly and monthly floral subscription services. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in CHF or EUR depending on location.
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and TWINT.
All payments are processed securely.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Switzerland and France.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Delays due to couriers or public holidays are beyond our control.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 hours at contact@pivoinerieflowers.com

7. User Accounts

You may create an account or check out as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on this website are the property of Aller-Retour SA and may not be copied or used without written consent.
