1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Please refer to the product page for specific delivery times of each composition.

2. Delivery Areas

• We deliver within Switzerland and France.
• If your location is outside of our service area, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

3. Delivery Timing

• Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time.
• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

4. Missed Deliveries

If a recipient is unavailable:

• Flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour (if applicable).
• A re-delivery fee may apply if the delivery must be rescheduled.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
